Our philosophy

What began as a traditional family farm has evolved into a modern, eco-conscious estate. Since 2020, Equus Jardinillo has been managed by the Silling family. In addition to cultivating olives and avocados, we breed polo horses and implement sustainable practices: solar energy, geotextiles for water conservation, and advanced rainwater harvesting systems.
